Hamaspik of Orange County, Inc. as a recipient of Federal Transit Administration (FTA) grant dollars either directly from FTA or through the New York Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) will comply with the Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000d) and the U.S. Department of Transportation implementing regulations.
